Online Order Terms

These Online Order Terms apply to purchases made through Active Estimating’s online checkout and are incorporated into and form part of the Active Estimating General Terms and Conditions for Services and Subscription (the “Terms”).

• The completed checkout page, including the product, per seat fee, seat quantity, and billing interval selected by Customer, constitutes an Order Form under the Terms.
• Each subscription has an initial term of twelve (12) months regardless of billing interval. Fees are charged at checkout and thereafter automatically per the billing interval selected, at the rate shown in Customer’s subscription.
• The subscription renews automatically for successive twelve (12) month terms at the conclusion of each term unless Customer cancels before the renewal date.
• Evaluation window. A new subscription may be cancelled within thirty (30) days of initial signup by emailing contactus@activeestimating.com, effective upon confirmation; no further Fees will be charged, and Fees already paid are non-refundable.
• After the thirty (30) day evaluation window, the subscription is committed for the full twelve (12) month term. Customer may cancel by emailing contactus@activeestimating.com; cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current term, and all Fees for the current term remain due, including any remaining monthly installments where Customer pays monthly.
• Section 3.1 of the Terms (payment timing) does not apply to online subscriptions; Fees are charged automatically as set forth in Section 2 above.
• In all other respects, the Terms govern. In the event of a conflict between these Online Order Terms and the Terms with respect to an online purchase, these Online Order Terms supersede as provided in Section 1.1 of the Terms.
